Delivery & Setup
We offer Australian delivery only, with fees applied at checkout including a $60 flat rate per order for residential robots, $150 per unit for the Robo-Mini, $800 per unit for facility robots, and $1,100 per unit for the T3P. Please note that the Robo-Rover is classified as a facility model and incurs the standard facility delivery rate regardless of its placement under Residential Specials, while all setup costs are quoted and confirmed separately prior to your final purchase.
Robot Care Plus
Warranty extensions are available for all facility robots through Robot Care Plus: Level 1 adds one year and Level 2 adds two years. Model-specific consumables and optional parts and battery cover are available; please enquire for package pricing, inclusions and terms. These plans complement your statutory rights and the included six-month warranty.
